Ashleigh joins CKM Advisers with a vibrant background in the performing arts, holding an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts from ED5 International. Her training has shaped her into a disciplined, detail-oriented and highly personable professional — qualities she brings into her role each day.

With a natural ability to connect with people, Ashleigh understands the importance of communication, empathy and consistency. Her performing arts experience has instilled strong focus, resilience and a commitment to excellence, all of which support the high standards of care and service our clients expect from CKM.

Outside of work, you will almost always find her dancing — whether it’s musical theatre, ballet or jazz. She loves spending time at the beach, relaxing with a good book accompanied by music (preferably on vinyl), and travelling either with family and friends or embarking on solo adventures.

What attracted Ashleigh to CKM was the genuine care every team member shows towards clients. She was inspired by the way each client’s journey is treated as unique, and by the dedication Clae and Kristen demonstrate in delivering exceptional client experiences. Being part of a team where every action is focused on client success is something she feels incredibly proud of.

Her long-term ambition is to perform across a variety of stages — from theatres to cruise ships — bringing joy to audiences through her craft. Working at CKM not only supports her creative pursuits but also strengthens her understanding of business and finance, equipping her with knowledge she can one day share with others in the performing arts industry.
